Trish Laur MSW, RSW

Let’s figure out what is holding you back and how to move forward in celebrating who you are. We all have parts of ourselves that we wish were easier to manage or past experiences that have shaped how we function day to day. I believe that everyone can change and move from the past. My work focuses on building a therapeutic relationship so we can explore how past experiences impact our daily lives and reshape the impact of these experiences so you can be the best version of yourself. Therapy can be hard work, and I promise I will always put in my best effort to create a safe space to do the hard work together.
